Serving War-Disabled Veterans Since 1920


The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 6 Sacramento was founded in 1920 and has remained committed to serving war-disabled veterans for over a century. Today, DAV represents tens of thousands of war-disabled veteran members throughout the Sacramento region. Since 1963, DAV Chapter 6 Sacramento has proudly served veterans from its long-standing location at 4404 Fruitridge Road, offering essential support and resources.



Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of September, October, November, January, February, March, April, and May. Each December, DAV Chapter 6 hosts a special Christmas Party on the second Saturday to bring together veterans and their families. No monthly membership meetings are held during June, July, or August.
